Currently I plan to only rig my own art, though you are welcome to request providing art.
I have the right to decline any potential rigging commission.Includes up to 5 sticker expressions, commercial streaming rights, and augmented physics. Mouth rigging will be tracked mouth form and mouth open OR audio tracked AIUEO (your choice).Deliverable is the runtime file (including VtubeStudio setup) only. For backgrounds you will receive mp4 format (or .webm if transparency is needed). Under no circumstance will you receive the .cmo3 file.

1 Client must own iOS device and additional software -- Vitamins (free of cost) or Vbridger ($10 USD) for these to function properly.2 Client must own Nyarupad (name your own price) and ensure that their controller is functional and trackable by this plugin. I am not responsible for checking your controller's compatibility.3Not available for every model (must have simple clothing and wrist/hand accessories). Client must own hand tracking device OR webcam and operate using a high-end PC that can handle the computational power needed for hand tracking.4Large amounts of HSL sliders will cause performance issues with your PC. Do not request >3 of these unless you have a high-end PC.5Intended for use with VtubeStudio's native audio tracking, therefore not compatible if you will be using an audio-tracked mouth. TERMS OF SERVICE
RULES
Client must be of legal age to order
Artwork is not permitted for commercial or printing use unless explicitly agreed upon. Printouts for personal use are permitted.
Clients can NOT use commissioned artwork, assets, or rigged models for or in association with: non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or any AI services and/or engines such as Stable Diffusion.
Clients must give credit to commissioned artwork & rigs in their social media bios. This is required for your about me section on Twitch/Twitter.
If posting the artwork to social media, client must post lower resolution files (provided) OR high resolutions of commissioned artwork that have been passed through Glaze and/or Nightshade. The client cannot, at any point, share unglazed high resolution versions of the art to social media unless explicitly agreed upon (for a fee). Glazed files can be provided upon request.
Artwork may not be edited beyond simple filters and cropping for social media. The client may not edit coloring, shading, and rendering.
Artwork may not be copied or traced
Deadlines must be discussed explicitly prior to the project work beginning. I do NOT take rush projects, and deadlines cannot be adjusted retroactively once a project is started.
If the client is not paying for a privacy fee, the client agrees that any progression of the commissioned work may be shared to social media or livestreamed, including model tracking testing.
Client is not permitted to issue chargebacks for refunds unless I am unable to provide the commission within it's chosen deadline.
I have the right to decline any potential commission.

PROCESS & REVISIONS
2-3 minor rigging revisions are allowed during the rigging process. Below 3 minor rigging revisions are permitted once the runtime file is sent.
Please expect contact and updates to occur during those time frames.
1x major revision permitted for any artwork commission (art, emotes) during its sketch phase. Additional minor revisions are allowed at any point.
If excessive revisions are requested, I reserve the right to charge additional fees to make the necessary changed.
I (Phlox) work a full-time job and will generally be working on commissions weekdays between 6pm-10pm EST and weekends. I am autistic and often experience burnout on projects. For this reason, I have generally longer timeframes for deliverables than average. Please take this into account when you choose to commission me. Reference the delivery times below.

Payment & Refunds
Standard payment will involve 50% payment (minimum) upon my confirmation to initiate working on the project. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
Payment type is Paypal only. An invoice with details will be sent.
Prices are in USD, please account for your conversion rates when planning your payments.
I will only provide refunds if I cannot complete a project within it's deadline.
Deliverables
For Live2D rigs and emotes, the deliverable is the runtime file (including VtubeStudio setup) only. You will NOT receive the .cmo3 file.
